Refund policy

At ApexFreon, eligible returns may be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Before sending any item back, customers must first contact our support team to receive a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, all products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with the factory seal fully intact.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
